One Dollar A Day 2005 Soloexhibition by Artpusher " It takes apx. 1 USD a day to keep a human being alive " (WHO 2005) The Earth is inhabitet by 7.000.000.000 human beings. 5.000.000.000 are doing allright. 1.000.000.000 are struggling to stay alive. And then the rest of us - You and I - are just trying not to get too fat !!! Artpusher focused on this in his 2005 exhibition. All artworks were set on auction at a starting price of exactly 1$. All bets exceeding 1$ were donated to humanitarian organizations. Regards to The Secret Service for letting the Artpusher steal the materials unnoticed.
